Poem For Michael

Love Eternal

It took place in time
Before the temporal was real
And all hearts were spiritual
It founded itself upon the Word
Growing in knowledge and in strength
As each day it was greater understood
Then came the day of testing
This new found understanding would be lost
Forgotten as a new beginning was starting
A task was set forth
It was to one day be discovered again
What was lost would be found
It may have been forgotten but it was not destroyed
In the temporal it was remembered
A memory playing in the back of the mind
It grows
A heart awakens
A Father rejoices
Two are blessed from the eternal sealing of its power
It is never to be forgotten again
For this binding power is most sacred
This power is Love
