Triple Raspberry Lemon Glazed Shortcake

It's actually been a little while since my last blog and sadly we are running a little behind due to not being able to get some pictures from my sister's camera lol but soon to come are MICHAEL'S 22nd BIRTHDAY :D and also our new apartment! But for now I do have pictures from Michael's and my family home evening this last Monday night. We decided that every Monday we would pick a recipe out of the cookbook we received from Michael's dad's good friend Anqelique and then we would try and make it. So for our first attempt we decided to tackle one of the fairly easier recipes and decided on this dessert :) It. Was. Phenomenal. The lemon glaze Michael recreated to go over the little tart raspberry cake was so delectable and perfect! It was absolutely delicious! So we thank you Angelique for this amazing cookbook and for giving us something that will bring us closer together :)
